Purchasing products online can be daunting and therefore, we will go to great lengths to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your experience with us.
Occasionally problems do arise unfortunately. Below are guidelines for dealing with issues that may occur. Customer Care:
There are actions we suggest all consumers take prior to and during any online/mail/phone order transaction.
- If you are unsure if the equipment you are interested in is correct for your experience level and intended use PLEASE contact us before ordering. We are very happy to do a little research to ensure you are getting the right gear. We do not want to sell you anything that will not work for you or possibly be dangerous for you.
- Please inspect all items when you receive them. All warranty periods begin on the date of receipt.
- Please CAREFULLY inspect items prior to use. We reserve the right to charge a restock fee or refuse credit on products that have been used.
Shipping:
We will ship your order based on the shipping method selection you make during checkout. In the event that your chosen shipping method cannot be met we will contact you immediately via e-mail or phone call. WindFlow L.L.C. does occasionally have suppliers drop ship products directly from their warehouses which may cause your order to be received in multiple packages.
Return Policy:
- Items sold by WindFlow L.L.C. come with a 30 Day Satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product please call or email to arrange a return. Warranty period begins from receipt date. A 15% restock fee may apply. Applies to the price of the product only.
- Many of our items come with manufacturers warrantees that extend beyond our own 30 day warranty. These manufacturer’s warrantees are described in the item description.
- All warranties, whether sponsored by WindFlow L.L.C., or our suppliers, are limited to the price of the product ONLY.
- All sales on demo and used gear are final. Any gear that we sell as a used or demo is sold as-is.
Incorrect Item Received:
If you suspect you have received an incorrect item, please call us toll free at 1(877) 211-3524. If we are responsible for the error we will arrange to get the correct item to you at no extra charge to you. We must be notified of an incorrect item received within 10 business days from date of receipt.
Damage from shipping or non-receipt of a shipment:
We must be notified of issue within 10 business days from date of receipt.
If damage should occur during shipping please call us toll free 1(877) 211-3524. We will file a claim with the carrier and ship a replacement item ASAP.
